The HTC Shift is a UMPC length (Ultra-Mobile PC) that comes with a 1.2 GHz processor with 30-GB hard drive with Windows Vista Business.

I bet I could run World of Warcraft on this thing, and even less in small quantities, 5 games in flash, 10 MB of it.

And you know, Flash is not updated games, they are loaded in advance, regardless of connection speed is really the only game to take longer to load over a slow connection.
